Free shipping anywhere in Canada for all orders over $200.00. Orders under $200.00 will be charged $15.00/pair of shoes or boots purchased. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not ship outside of Canada.
Once your order has been placed, we will ship it out to you within two business days via Canada Post. Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. Be sure to double check that your address is correctly recorded, as items with addresses that are entered incorrectly will be returned to us. Mountain Soles will not be held responsible for the extra shipping charges incurred.
Any items unclaimed by customers or designated “returned to sender” will have the return shipping deducted from their refund. Mountain Soles will not be held responsible for any unclaimed or “return to sender” shipping charges.
Customers will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, should they choose to return any items for refund or exchange.
Please collect all in store pick-ups within 5 business days from your date of purchase. Orders that are not picked up within this time frame will not be eligible for refund or exchange and will be deemed FINAL SALES.
