• What does it cost to ship my purchase?
  • Free shipping anywhere in Canada on orders over $200.00.
  • $15.00/pair of shoes or other items under $200.00.
  • All orders are shipped by Canada Post.
  • Extra insurance can be requested by the customer and will be added to the cost of shipping if so desired.
• How do I return an item?

• Can I get a refund if I buy an item right before it goes on sale?

  Items will be discounted for limited time promotions or if stock has been discontinued.  If you choose to wait for special promotions and clearance sales, you may not find the size that you need is still available.  In order to ensure you get your size, please shop early.  We keep prices fair for all our customers who choose to wait for sales and risk that their size will be sold out.  Therefore, we do not accept returns of sale priced items for refund. 

• Do You Price Match?

  We follow our manufacturers’ recommendations for fair pricing policies.  As our suppliers will not provide us with rebates when other stores offer further discounts, we do not price match any of our competitor’s prices.  If you have purchased a sale item from us, the item will not be eligible for any future additional markdowns.

• Do you exchange items that are on Sale?

  Yes, if we have the correct size in stock, we will gladly exchange it.  However, if this item is no longer on sale at the time of return, we will only exchange it for its’ full retail price.  Exceptions are on items marked down to 30% off and more.  These sales are considered final, and no returns of any kind will be allowed.
